Our application process

Submission of your application documents

In order to participate actively in the application process, please first send us your complete and informative application documents in electronic form (PDF format). These will include your resume, including photo, a compelling cover letter, and relevant references that reflect your academic and professional background.

Get to know each other in person

As we are organized in teams, we work closely together, which is why we consider it very important that the interpersonal relationship is a good fit. We will find this out during our first personal meeting, which lasts about one hour.

Phone interview

Once your documents have been reviewed, you will be invited to an interview by phone lasting approximately 15 minutes. During this call you and a contact person from Eticor will get to know each other in an initial exchange. The interview can be conducted via videoconference or by telephone. The focus is primarily on your personal application motivation, which serves as the basis for any further application steps.

Training weeks

In case of a positive decision, you will receive a professional onboarding and an individual training as a new member of our team. The induction period lasts between two and six months, depending on the position, and includes targeted trainings. The training weeks are intended to prepare you in the best possible way for your position later on. A personal mentor will be assigned to and support you throughout this time.
