The new “Delegations” tool combines the advantages of existing features and makes task delegation even clearer and more time-saving for you.

• Delegate a large number of tasks to several employees at the same time. This makes previously required intermediate steps obsolete and saves you time in execution.
• Use additional filters to sort tasks by departments, locations and legal areas. This ensures even faster and more flexible task delegation.
• Get a clear listing of already existing delegations and add new responsibilities with just one click during task selection.
• Find the right responsible persons quickly and easily by displaying the respective task texts with detailed information. Furthermore, a correct task delegation increases the acceptance of Eticor within your organization.

The “Delegations” function can already be found in the current version (2.1.15.18) of Eticor. It is usable free of charge for every administrator under the menu item “Administration”:
